Since January 2023, Carl Aug. Picard GmbH has expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of USG Uwe Stücke Granuliertechnik GmbH. This strategic partnership combines over 50 years of C.A. Picard's experience in wear-resistant extruder components with USG's specialized pelletizing expertise.

With modern 3D CAD software and advanced CNC tooling machines, we design and manufacture pelletizing components with precision and flexibility to serve customers worldwide.

Our pelletizing solutions include:

  • Pellet plates for underwater and water ring pelletizers
  • Knives in solid TiC (Nikro 128 or Nikro 143), bi-metal, or tool steel design
  • Knife holders in rigid or flexible configurations
